NEW VK NOVEL~!! - This started as whining post , and then turned into a VK news post. *rotfl*

This post is composed of:

1) Me whining.
2) Me rambling on info etc stuff that was in the latest Lala issue.
3) News on the upcoming second VK novel, and various VK fanbook etc ramblings.
4) Me being lame about Kaname in swimming trunks.
      Swimming trunks were found, w00t~! XD
      And now, complete with article summary thingie for you. *lol* XD

Random whining about unrelated matters and suckyness at drawing Zero.

Was stressed and couldn't draw Kaname properly. XD;;; Zero is more angsty? Fits better those moments. XD *is shot*

Lala info.

Uhm, so that post serves some use for VK fandom, latest Lala has cute little info things about the upcoming fanbook. (But no new artwork, it's all already used in merchandise. Not sure if I should scan, there are cute chibies, but already seen before)
Like examples of questions to ask and all for fans writing. Supposedly the book will be filled with secrets from the characters. X3 *dying to read it*
(Not plot important secrets, but adorable everyday life things~<3)

I've been meaning to post some scans of stuff since forever. *must get to it sometime*
Mostly random VK pics that pop up through Lala used in advertisement thingies for the anime etc (but it's Hino-sensei pics, not anime, and it's made to look spectacular, like the bloody Kaname pic people thought was from chapter 42. XD), and that are gorgeous.
Some are unseen elsewhere so far too! (The type of pic that ends up as chapter opening pic in some cases when the book comes out. XD Some of them we've already seen as chapter covers etc, but many are new. *-*)

There was a gorgeous pic of Kaname holding flowers last month. *scanned, must resize and post sometime*

At last, I become somewhat coherent? (News on the VK new novel)

I almost forgot to mention, but this month's Lala had a little info corner thing mentioning that this fall, will be coming out, not only VK volume 8 and the fanbook as we knew, but ALSO....... A second VK novel!! *0* *JOY*
Apparently, the first one was really well received~! X3 *delight, looks forward to more*

I didn't finish reading the first one, because someone spoiled me for the Aidou part and I agonized in annoyance then put it down in hopes of forgetting the spoiler before I go back to reading it. Am currently tempted to skip that part and read Zero's story first. XD (The novel is two independent stories, one with the Night Class, one with Zero's childhood and another boy Yagari was teaching.)

I hope the next book is about Kaname. *swoons in advance* XD XD<3

Info pic had Luca, Ichijou and Rima going "who will be the main character this time?", but it could be randomly done to have us guessing. XD

Also, the color page aread has a thing about the upcoming fanbook, and advertising it is a color pic of Yuuki and Yori looking cute and hugging! *will scan sometime if people are interested* (I am deadly wary of breaking my Lala spine, so scanning isn't really my favorite thing unless it's in the beginning or last pages where it's easier to do without screwing it up. This one is in the safer area, luckily, though it's close-ish to the spine side. *anal* WHY you're not on the page opening side, article?? ;-; *pokes article*)


In her Puff magazine interview, Hino-sensei had said that when they decided to do the first novel, it was still early-ish in the series, so she didn't want to risk revealing anything by centering it on the main characters, so she asked them to create Fuuka as a main character for the novel and all that. (She doesn't writes the text itself for the novel, but perhaps she creates the plot for it... I'm not sure how they go at it. The novel author who did it was really good, and Hino-sensei said she was really happy with it.)

But this time around, maybe it will be more centered on the main cast? *0* *wishful thinking*
(*cough* Kaito is a Mary Sue *cough* (Yagari's other disciple boy. *read the first pages and wanted to kick his butt for being mean to chibi Zero* XD XD Not a Mary Sue, I believe, but I couldn't resist saying that. *sides with Zero against Kaito*))

Unrelatedly, but I saw some pics floating around of Kaname, Yuuki and Zero in swimsuits swimsuit for Yuuki, swimming trunks for Kaname & Zero. Anime art. From a magazine that came out recently.
I've already purchased the wrong magazines in a failed attempt to get the article with that, so if a kind soul can tell me which magazine it's from so I may stop running from shop to shop checking them all, uhm, it would rock. XD XD;;; *wants the article*

Scans that are big enough to read the text would be great if someone has them. XD;;; *fails*

Will provide summaries/translations of the interesting parts if a kind soul can provide something with non-tiny-text that's impossible to read. XD XD

It's in one of the anime info magazines, and since I don't usually buy those, I'm a bit at loss. *is more of a manga person than anime person, rarely buys the anime info ones*

It's probably a summer swimsuit special something or another, but Animedia failed me. ;-; Their swimsuit issue had nothing.
Megami magazine too, especially since I intelligently bought the wrong month. (Well, it said there was VK inside, so I bought, but it was the older issue with just Yuuki in swimsuit. T_T)
The article might be in the newest Megami magazine though. *could only go out once and thus picked up stuff when she went to buy Lala*

Dani, I am now the surprised owner of that Lucky Star poster with our favorite pairing in bed. XD

I looked intelligent asking if there were any other summer swimsuit anime magazines, at the magazine etc place I usually get Lala at.
Shop assistant was looking at me with that "Man, this otaku gets worse each time I see her" face. XD XD XD *rotfl*

It was bad enough that I had spent the week phoning to ask if they got Lala early(1), to the point that when I walked into the shop and asked "Did Lala arrive", the person said "Oh, it's you."

(1) I had originally meant to go get it in the weekend, but you know how it's hard to resist XD And they said they'd have it one day before the official release date, so uhm. *was crawling up walls wanting her magazine*

The text is nothing very intellectual, naturally. XD
It's about the fun things the night class does during the summer, such as swimming under the moonlight in their dorm pool, (Yuuki was invited, of course, and Zero must have tagged along XD), and eating flavored shaved ice made by Aidou, while watching fireworks set by Cain. XD XD
(Summer = fireworks & shaved ice in Japan ;D *lol*)

It also includes date tips for people going out with vampires (kind of aimed at Yuuki in this case. *lol*), such as "get plenty of sleep the previous day so you don't pass out from tiredness during the night" and "avoid eating things with lots of garlic beforehand, unless you want the risk of no one approaching you". XD XD
They didn't quite mention if garlic truly was an issue for VK vampires (it's info from the anime team and not from Hino-sensei anyway, so well XD), but it says that just in case you might want to avoid the garlic, since they might dislike the smell and avoid you. XD XD *lol*

The little sign thingie above Zero's head saying "Noooo!" is warning him that if he keeps making that type of face, his chances to get Yuuki will drop, since he's never smiling and being nice. XD XD Poor Zero. *lol*
